Our standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes between 3 - 5 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to Royal Mail/DPD, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily refund any unused items with your receipt within 28 days. For items returned after 28 days a shop credit can be issued which has no expiry date.
Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of The Little House Shop.
For items not in the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This is due to the item having to go into ex-display.
We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 28 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within 28 days we will replace the item for you and issue a return label for the damaged item(s).

If you receive faulty or damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or replacement.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been made - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the funds.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Yester Home Limited upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
